IO Asset Management, the new owners of Severn Link Distribution Centre in Chepstow, which is located adjacent to the Severn Crossing has recently invested £135,000 on a full refurbishment of two of their vacant units.
Joint agents for the scheme, Russell Property Consultants and Jenkins Best are now marketing the two refurbished units, which are available separately or could be amalgamated.
The asset manager is committed to retaining and creating additional jobs at the Business Park and having invested considerable sums refurbishing two of the vacant units, hope to attract both local and national businesses.
Rob Russell, owner of Russell Property Consultants in Bristol, commented: “The market remains strong and with rents in Chepstow substantially cheaper than Bristol, we are confident of attracting businesses over the bridge and with the tolls being extinguished next year, this estate is showing excellent value for money and I have no doubt we will attract businesses from Bristol”
Henry Best, owner of Jenkins Best, commented: “I live in South Wales so it is good to see the Business Park thriving and the refurbishment has been completed to a high standard. With its proximity to the Motorway Junction and the ease of access to both South Wales and South West, and also its proximity to all amenities in Chepstow, it is an ideal location to work”.
Russell Property Consultants and Jenkins Best are jointly marketing Severn Link Distribution Park Park, where the newly refurbished units are available from circa 10,000 to 23,000 sq ft.
